CompuPro IT Services, LLC reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the specific conditions outlined in the policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not automatic and may be subject to evaluation based on the nature of the services provided, the circumstances surrounding the request, and the terms of the service agreement. CompuPro IT Services, LLC is not liable for any dissatisfaction resulting from miscommunication, misunderstanding of services, or failure to comply with client obligations as outlined in the service agreement.
This refund policy may be updated or modified without prior notice, and it is the client’s responsibility to review and understand the policy before engaging in our services. Refunds granted will be at the sole discretion of CompuPro IT Services, LLC and may be partial or full depending on the specific situation.
For any legal disputes related to refunds, you agree to resolve the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions outlined in your service agreement and applicable governing laws.
REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
At CompuPro IT Services, LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality services that meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our IT services, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted under specific circumstances, such as if services provided did not meet the agreed-upon deliverables or were not performed as outlined in our service agreement. If you are not satisfied with the services rendered, please contact us within 30 days of the service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include additional support or, in certain cases, a partial or full refund. All decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of CompuPro IT Services, LLC.
